I have been asked where I get some of these tunes.
I found most of the music using
Music Robot.
Here are a few of
the sources I have used:
-
Some of the latest, I got from:
Fiona's Place
-
Clever
Clickster.
Mostly Latin, a lot of different MIDI songs.
-
Cruz'n With Abby. Variety selected by type.
-
Zax
Has a nice version of "Mexican Hat Dance" and lists a lot of Disney,
but they don't want any copying of their music. So I haven't used any
from this site.
-
"demon.co.uk"
Has a great page of Mexican music lore. I think I got the Mexican Hat
Dance from here.
-
Warren Trachtman's
Ragtime Piano MIDI files.
Would you like to know how to copy MIDI tunes from here, or any other
place, and put them on your hard disk, or even a floppy (MIDI files
are small) so you can listen to them when you
are not on the internet? If so let me know.
I have not been successful getting Windows Media Player to let me
select tunes that I have saved. If you have mastered it let me know.
I have been thinking about doing a page explaining how I get them and
keep them on my hard disk. And, tell you how to copy then modify this page
to make your page have links to the tunes from your collection.
Later you may want to put your collection on the internet??
