Simple "Slightly Brown" Bread

Ingredients

1 1½ cups of water.
1 cup of whole wheat flour.
3 cups of "Best for Bread" flour.
1 teaspoon Salt.
1 tablespoon Sugar.
2 teaspoons dry Yeast.
1 tablespoon Olive oil.

I use a "Zojirushi BBCC-V20" bread machine set for "Basic Bread" and I have a loaf of bread 3½ hours latter. If you put the ingredients in as above, so the Yeast stays dry, you can set the timer to have the bread done up to 18 hours latter.

I find the crust is not as dark as I like, and I think it should bake a bit longer; so I put it in a convection oven set at 375° for another 15 minutes.
