Ingredients
Put in in the following order:
I use a
Zojirushi BBCC-V20
bread machine set for "Basic Bread" and I have a loaf of bread 3½
hours latter. If you put the ingredients in as above, so the Yeast
stays dry, you can set the timer to have the bread done up to 18 hours
latter.
I find the crust is not as dark as I like, and I think it should bake a bit longer; so I put it in a convection oven set at 375° for another 15 minutes.
I found a French bread recipe with even fewer ingredients.
