Don't send email Attachments or Forwards! They tie up the receiver's computer an block all other email until it is received. I recently received one that was 20 Megabytes! It took nearly an hour to download, and to add insult to injury the sender sent it twice. I now Block all senders who send Attachments or Forwards.

Things I find useful, or worth considering. Some are just my opinions, and you may not agree. That is OK.

1. My Words of wisdom:

2. Saving electricity:
   • Insulate electric hot water heaters and lower the temperature.
   • Use compact florescent lights--And turn them off when not in use.
   • Turn the TV off when not watching it. With the programming we have today, I suspect you would be better off if you spent less time watching TV.
   • Most household electricity is consumed by the Refrigerators, don't run two.
   • Avoid using refrigerated air conditioning. Evaporative coolers are much more efficient.
3. Saving petroleum:
   • Saving Gasoline
   • Automobile engine efficiency
   • Saving energy by not wasting
4. Saving natural gas:
   • My solar water heating using pipes
5. Favorite Recipes:
   • Dutch Hutspot a one pot meal.
   • Dutch Pan Cakes "Andr‚ Rieu's favorite".
   • Home made Bread
   • Very simple French Bread
   • Irma's Lasagna
